Basketball Game Preview: Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars vs. Issaquah Eagles

The Bothell/Inglemoor Cougars will square off against the Issaquah Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Last Friday, Bothell/Inglemoor lost to Lake Washington on the road by a 67-51 margin. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Kangaroos are ranked third).

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Issaquah, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Kamiak 73-31. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Eagles have posted since December 11, 2024.

Bothell/Inglemoor's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4. As for Issaquah, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.

Bothell/Inglemoor strolled past Issaquah in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 54-39. Will Bothell/Inglemoor repeat their success, or does Issaquah have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
