Football Game Preview: Oswego East Wolves vs. Oswego Panthers + How To Watch

Oswego East hasn't had much luck against Oswego recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Wolves will square off against the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Oswego took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Oswego East, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Oswego East was able to grind out a solid win over Yorkville, taking the game 28-17. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolves.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Oswego and Minooka, and Minooka kept the tradition alive. The Panthers took a 10-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians on Friday. The game marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Oswego East's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Oswego, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.

Oswego East ended up a good deal behind Oswego in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, losing 23-7. Can the Wolves avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
