Basketball Recap: Brady Savage's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Rancho Bernardo over St. Augustine + How To Watch

Rancho Bernardo kicked off their season on the road on Saturday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 64-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Augustine Saints.

Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brady Savage, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 14 points. Aryasb Kont was another key player, putting up five points along with six rebounds and three steals.

St. Augustine has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Rancho Bernardo will venture away from home to face off against Madison at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Augustine, they will be taking part in a tournament against Maranatha Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
