Winthrop had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Buckfield Bucks by a score of 36-28 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Ramblers as they're now sitting on five straight.

Winthrop's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Buckfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-5.

Looking ahead, Winthrop will challenge Hall-Dale at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hall-Dale knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Winthrop likes a good challenge. Buckfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
