Softball Recap: 12 Straight Road Wins for Osage City

Osage City had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 11-run drubbing they dealt Council Grove on Friday. The Indians were the clear victors by a 12-1 margin over the Braves. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won four matches by ten runs or more so far this season.

Osage City's win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games.
