The Maryland School for the Deaf Orioles will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against the Greater Grace Christian Academy Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Maryland School for the Deaf knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven matchups -- so hopefully Greater Grace Christian Academy likes a good challenge.
Last Friday, Maryland School for the Deaf didn't have too much trouble with Indiana School for the Deaf on the road as they won 57-38. Given Maryland School for the Deaf's advantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 79th in Maryland, while Indiana School for the Deaf is ranked 296th in Indiana), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Greater Grace Christian Academy strolled past Covenant Life with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 61-45.
Maryland School for the Deaf has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season. As for Greater Grace Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 8-5 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
