After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Gregory-Portland, Flour Bluff was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the King Mustangs a 2-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for the Hornets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Flour Bluff has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-6-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those four games. As for King, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-7-1.
