Football Recap: De'aries Holland's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Whites Creek over White House-Heritage + How To Watch

Whites Creek was the 28-22 winner over White House-Heritage when they last played one another back in October of 2016, but their luck changed this time around. The Cobras fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 21-18 on Friday. The matchup marked the Cobras' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Several Cobras players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was De'Aries Holland, who rushed for 31 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 47 receiving yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Whites Creek fell to 6-1. As for White House-Heritage, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

As for White House-Heritage, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 19-3 victory against Stratford on the 10th.
