Godwin kept a clean sheet against Prince George on Monday. They put the hurt on the Royals with a sharp 3-0 win. Godwin might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by three goals or more this season.

Godwin is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those six contests. As for Prince George, they moved to 8-4-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Godwin will venture away from home to face off against Deep Run at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Prince George, they will head out to challenge Colonial Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
