Lamar won the last time they faced Great Falls and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Lamar Silver Foxes walked away with a 9-6 win over the Great Falls Red Devils. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Silver Foxes.

Tucker Watford spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered five earned (and one unearned) runs on three hits and racked up eight Ks.

On the hitting side, Lamar got a massive performance out of Zoom Jackson, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Zori Pierce, who scored a run and stole Three bases. while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

Lamar's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Great Falls, they moved to 7-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Lamar will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Great Falls at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Great Falls, they will head out to square off against York Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
