Basketball Game Preview: North Shore Country Day Raiders vs. Francis W. Parker Colonels

The North Shore Country Day Raiders just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Francis W. Parker Colonels at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Wednesday, North Shore Country Day was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 58-52 to Northridge.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Francis W. Parker, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against Chicago University by a score of 69-62 on Tuesday.

North Shore Country Day better keep an eye on Miles Johnson. He was instrumental in Francis W. Parker's win, going 7 of 12 en route to 20 points and seven steals. Johnson has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 17 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Lev Goldman, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 12 points along with five assists and five boards.

Francis W. Parker's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for North Shore Country Day, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.
