Soccer Recap: St. John's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

St. John came into Friday's matchup having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let The Awty International Rams onto the board and left with a 3-0 win on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mavericks also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

St. John's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for The Awty International, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

St. John's will square off against Cooper at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for The Awty International, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart at 5:00 p.m. on January 24th.
