Soccer Recap: Holy Family Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Holy Family and Coal Ridge squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Holy Family had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Titans. While losing is never fun, Holy Family can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 107th, while Coal Ridge are ranked 29th).

Holy Family has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9-1 record this season. As for Coal Ridge, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-3-1.

Holy Family does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Coal Ridge, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Atlas Preparatory School on the 4th.
