It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but St. Thomas More had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the LaGrange Gators 3-0. Winning may never get old, but the Cougars sure are getting used to it with their 13th in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant St. Thomas More was: they took every set by at least 18 points. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-7, 25-4.

St. Thomas More got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Clare Thomson out in front who had 15 assists and three aces. With that strong performance, Thomson is now averaging an impressive 12 assists per game.

Thomson wasn't the only good servers: St. Thomas More was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've posted in their last 12 contests.

St. Thomas More's victory bumped their record up to 38-6. As for LaGrange, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-7.

As of now, neither St. Thomas More nor the Gators have any future games scheduled.
