Volleyball Recap: Bishop Stang Comes Up Short

Bishop Stang was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of St. Mary. Bishop Stang was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as St. Mary's apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Bishop Stang's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for St. Mary's, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bishop Stang will welcome Westport at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Mary's, they will be playing at home against Salem at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
