It was a Battle of the Birds when Franklin Christian Academy faced off against Ezell-Harding Christian on Friday. The Falcons had just enough and edged out the Eagles 15-13. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 12-10 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Despite the loss, Ezell-Harding Christian still got an impressive performance from Terris Smith, who rushed for 132 yards and one touchdown on only 12 carries.

Franklin Christian Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Franklin Christian Academy will head out to face off against Collinwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ezell-Harding Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Mount Juliet Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
