After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Poplarville, Pearl River Central was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They managed a 28-24 victory over the Sumrall Bobcats. For the Blue Devils, this counts as revenge for the 20-7 win the Bobcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2022.

Pearl River Central found their leader in sophomore Titus Feaster, who rushed for 138 yards and three scores, and also threw for 109 yards and one touchdown while completing 80% of his passes. Caden Hinton also helped out as he racked up 109 rushing yards.

Pearl River Central was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 272 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
