Basketball Recap: Seagraves Comes Up Short

Seagraves was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 45-42 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wellington Skyrockets.

Seagraves' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Wellington, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Seagraves didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-57 defeat against Coahoma on the 28th. Wellington has also already played their next matchup, a 36-28 win against O'Donnell on the 28th.
