Baseball Recap: Copley Indians vs. Aurora Greenmen
Copley dropped their record down to 9-12 on Thursday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins at home. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aurora Greenmen. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Greenmen earlier this season, when they won 11-3.
Jake Stitsinger made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. That stolen base was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Chmielewski, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.
