Basketball Recap: Methuen Takes a Loss

Methuen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 45-32 to the Billerica Memorial Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rangers of the 63-53 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Methuen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Billerica Memorial, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Methuen will welcome Tewksbury Memorial at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Billerica Memorial, they will take on St. Mary's at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
