Softball Recap: Patrick Henry Comes Up Short

Patrick Henry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Pulaski County Cougars, falling 11-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 13-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Patrick Henry's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Pulaski County, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Coming up, Patrick Henry will challenge Hidden Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Patriots' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Titans have averaged an impressive 7.2 runs per game this season. As for Pulaski County, they are taking a road trip to square off against William Byrd at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
