Football Recap: North Side Steers vs. Trimble Tech Bulldogs
North Side's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Trimble Tech Bulldogs 50-13. The result was nothing new for the Steers, who have now won three matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.
Deandre Montgomery was his usual excellent self, rushing for 160 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.
North Side was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 266 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
With the victory, North Side broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6. As for Trimble Tech, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.
