Volleyball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Cookeville's Third in Last Four Outings

Cookeville won the last time they faced Smyrna and Ella Hardin did her part to make sure it happened again. The Cavaliers put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday thanks in part to Hardin, who had six digs and six aces. She has been hot recently, having also posted 12 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Cookeville is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. As for Smyrna, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 13-14 record.

Cookeville has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Lebanon on the 7th. Smyrna does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
