Volleyball Recap: Banning Find Success

The Banning Broncos beat the Colton Yellowjackets 3-1 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Broncos.

Banning had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-18, 25-23, 26-24.

Banning's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Colton, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Banning will take on Pacific at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Colton, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Chaffey on the 21st.
