Hardeeville scored the most runs they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Groves Rebels, falling 22-10. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rebels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-1 last Tuesday.

Hardeeville is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4. As for Groves, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Hardeeville will head out to face off against Bamberg-Ehrhardt at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Groves, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Beach at 5:00 p.m. on April 8. Groves is facing Beach at the right time seeing as Beach is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
