Basketball Recap: Escalante Takes a Loss

Escalante was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Navajo Prep Eagles, falling 67-17. The Lobos were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-10.

Escalante's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Navajo Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-5.

Escalante will take on Pecos at 4:30 p.m. on January 17th. As for Navajo Prep, they will face off against West Las Vegas at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
