Estrella Foothills put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Willow Canyon Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Estrella Foothills won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 26-24.

Sadie Snyder paced Estrella Foothills' offense, picking up 13 kills. Snyder got some help from Lily Merefield and her 14 assists. Finally, Cadynce Kirkpatrick kept Estrella Foothills' defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Estrella Foothills' win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Willow Canyon, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Estrella Foothills is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Flagstaff at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Willow Canyon, they will square off against Tolleson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
