Recap: King Lions vs. Middleton Tigers

The King Lions waltzed into Tuesday's matchup with two straight wins but they left with three. They strolled past Middleton with points to spare, taking the game 57-38. With that victory, King brought their scoring average up to 51 points per game.

It was another big night for Julien Barnett, who scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals. The game was his fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eric Turner, who scored 7 points along with 6 blocks.

Caneil Satchwell and Felix Harrell certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Satchwell scored 18 points, while Harrell scored 12 points. Satchwell scored a full 47.4% of Middleton's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

King has yet to lose a matchup on the road this season, leaving them with a 3-3 record. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Middleton, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King's road trip will continue as they head out to face East Bay at 6:30 p.m. on December 6th. Hopefully East Bay focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Tuesday. As for Middleton, they will head out on the road to face off against Brandon at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Brandon is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
