After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Air Academy, Lewis-Palmer was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks 48-19. The Rangers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Rylee Edmondson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 9-for-18 en route to 22 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Lauryn Graves, who posted four points along with three steals and three blocks.

Lewis-Palmer was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Cheyenne Mountain only posted two assists.

When it comes to explaining why Cheyenne Mountain lost, don't look at Brooke Kelly. Despite the final result, she almost dropped a double-double with nine points and nine rebounds.

Lewis-Palmer's record is now 11-8. As for Cheyenne Mountain, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.

Lewis-Palmer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 42-37 loss against Palmer Ridge on the 11th. As for Cheyenne Mountain, they have also already played their next game, a 61-27 defeat against Air Academy on the 11th.
