Basketball Recap: Monday's Victory Is Cornerstone Christian's Third in Last Four Outings

North River Christian came into Monday's contest looking for another win against Cornerstone Christian, but Zeke Adams wouldn't allow it. The Cornerstone Christian Chargers were the clear victor by a 68-47 margin over the North River Christian Chargers on Monday thanks in part to Adams, who dropped a double-double on 34 points and 17 boards. The game was his seventh in a row with at least ten points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Malachi Adams, who posted 20 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points.

Cornerstone Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for North River Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.
