Lakewood has gone a perfect 10-0 against Cabrillo recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Lakewood will head out to square off against Cabrillo at 4:00 p.m.

Lakewood managed to slip by Woodrow Wilson the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Lakewood came up short against Woodrow Wilson on Thursday, falling 15-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Lancers have suffered against the Bruins since March 3, 2020.

Meanwhile, Cabrillo can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 23-10 margin over Compton. The high-scoring effort was just what the Jaguars needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Cabrillo's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Lakewood, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-8.

Lakewood took their victory against Cabrillo in their previous matchup back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 16-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lakewood since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
