Spruce Mountain is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They snuck past Oceanside with a 60-56 victory.

Meanwhile, York put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 76-37 win over Cape Elizabeth. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 22 points or more this season.

York's victory bumped their record up to 18-0. As for Spruce Mountain, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Spruce Mountain came up short against York when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 50-37. Can Spruce Mountain avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
