Soccer Recap: Waller Takes a Loss

Waller was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the Cypress Lakes Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in January.

Waller's loss dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Cypress Lakes, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Waller wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, an 8-0 defeat against Cypress Ranch on the 22nd. As for Cypress Lakes, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Cypress Woods on the 22nd.
