Sunnyslope had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Greenway Demons.

Mickey Gerdes paced Sunnyslope's offense, picking up five kills. Gerdes got some help from Mason Cooley and his 14 assists. Gerdes was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Sunnyslope's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Greenway, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Sunnyslope has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Marana on the 7th. As for Greenway, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Kellis on the 4th.
