A-6 Central (6 Man) recap Nov. 7, 2012

Hi-Plains was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Liberty/Stratton. The Patriots came in at 23 in the state poll after placing at number 27 last week.

Hi-Plains and the Eagles played the most hotly contested game in A-6 Central (6 Man) this week, with Hi-Plains eventually emerging with a 42-36 victory.

Hi-Plains' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Patriots feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Clayton Cordell has thrown for 1161 yards and 19 touchdowns this season, while Justin Miltenberger has 37 catches for 525 yards. Alex Nelson leads the league in rushing with 1495 yards.

Dave Sheffield's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on Liberty/Stratton.
