Basketball Recap: Cory-Rawson Takes a Loss

Cory-Rawson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The match between them and the Pandora-Gilboa Rockets didn't end well, with the Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets falling 51-37. If the Fighting Hornets were looking for revenge after losing 48-35 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cory-Rawson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Pandora-Gilboa, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cory-Rawson has already played their next contest (against Elgin), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Pandora-Gilboa won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Arcadia at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
