Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Aurora walked away with it. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Blackhawks who were credited with the win on Tuesday. The West Aurora Blackhawks got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Oswego East Wolves's two. This was a revenge game for West Aurora: when they faced off against Oswego East back in August, they had to take a 1-0 defeat.

West Aurora has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7-1 record this season. As for Oswego East, they now have a losing record of 8-9-2.
