Softball Recap: Ashdown Comes Up Short

Ashdown fell victim to Hope and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 15-0 to the Bobcats. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost three in a row.

Ashdown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Hope, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Ashdown will take on Columbia Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hope, they will square off against Arkadelphia at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
