Soccer Recap: Dyer County Comes Up Short

Dyer County lost against Dyersburg back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Dyer County lost 10-1 to Dyersburg. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Dyer County were already down 6-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Tyler Fowlkes, who's now up to seven this season.

Dyer County now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Dyersburg, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-3-2.

Coming up, Dyer County is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Jackson North Side at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dyersburg, they will face off against Gibson County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
