Washougal's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Holden Bea, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and five assists. Another player making a difference was Sam Evers, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Washougal has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Columbia River, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.
