Softball Recap: Lockland Wins Going Away Against North College Hill

Lockland's game two weeks ago was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by an 18-8 margin over the North College Hill Trojans. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now won eight in a row.

Jaylah Smith and Kadijatou Sow did most of the damage at the plate: Smith went 3-for-4 with three doubles, two runs, and one stolen base, while Sow scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Those three doubles gave Smith a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Sierra Greggs, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

Lockland now has a winning record of 2-1.
