Basketball Recap: Caledonia Comes Up Short

Caledonia has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell 48-38 to the Kosciusko Whippets on Tuesday. The Cavaliers were not able to make up for their loss to the Whippets from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kosciusko to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaleysha Miller, who posted 11 points and eight boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Diamond Kern, who earned nine points and five steals.

Caledonia's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Kosciusko, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Caledonia has already played their next contest (against Louisville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Kosciusko didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 49-44 loss against Houston on the 16th.
