Basketball Recap: MOT Charter Comes Up Short

MOT Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were beaten by the Delaware Military Academy Seahawks 57-24. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Delaware basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Seahawks are ranked third).

MOT Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Delaware Military Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

MOT Charter will welcome Red Lion Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Delaware Military Academy has already played their next matchup (against St. Elizabeth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
