Football Recap: Union Grove Comes Up Short on the Road Against Upson-Lee + How To Watch

Union Grove had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 42-21 to the Upson-Lee Knights. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

Upson-Lee's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chestin Howard, who rushed for 113 yards and two scores on only 11 carries. Those 113 rushing yards gave Howard a new career-high. Jayden Skelton was in the mix too, providing Upson-Lee with two TDs.

Union Grove wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 35-20 loss against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy on the 22nd. As for Upson-Lee, they have also already played their next contest, a 27-0 win against Manchester on the 22nd.
