Garden Plain had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks. That's more bragging rights for the Owls, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Their offense was headlined by Coti Hiner and Reese Stuhlsatz, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Jaicey Stuhlsatz and her 27 assists. Lylah Zoglman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Garden Plain's victory bumped their record up to 18-5. As for Wheatland-Grinnell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.
