Basketball Game Recap: Dixon Bulldogs vs. Richlands Wildcats

Dixon won the last time they faced Richlands, and Lily Borden did her part to make sure it happened again. The Dixon Bulldogs secured a 42-38 W over the Richlands Wildcats on Friday which was due in part to Borden, who posted 20 points and three steals. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Dixon's points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Weiss, who had nine points and seven boards. Those seven rebounds gave her a new career-high.

Dixon picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 5-16. As for Richlands, they dropped their record down to 3-18 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

As of now, neither Dixon nor Richlands have any future games scheduled.
