Baseball Recap: Pompano Beach Comes Up Short

Jason Feinstein was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season.

Pompano Beach's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Calvary Christian Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-9-3.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Pompano Beach will challenge Stranahan at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Golden Tornadoes are facing the Mighty Dragons at the right time seeing as the Mighty Dragons are stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they will take on Cardinal Gibbons at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
