Baseball Recap: Manchester's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Manchester took a six-run defeat the last time they faced off against RHAM, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Red Hawks had just enough and edged out the Raptors 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Red Hawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Wynnton Stefanovicz looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Sean Hickey, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high.

Manchester pushed their record up to 8-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for RHAM, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5-1.
