After a string of four wins, St. Anthony's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mahomet-Seymour.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-13.

St. Anthony's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Mahomet-Seymour, their victory was their 24th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-2.

Coming up, St. Anthony will face off against Dieterich at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mahomet-Seymour, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Unity Christian/Decatur Christian on the 4th.
