Yutan-Mead waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victor by a 9-1 margin over the North Bend Central Tigers. Considering the Patriots have won seven matches by more than seven runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Delaney Shield was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
